Jo is responsible for identifying and developing successful and sustainable relationships with clients to deliver business growth at Hartry Global, a leading contractor in the retail, commercial, residential and local authority sectors. She has spent her career in leading business growth and development, including 13 years at the helm of Bath Racecourse, where she delivered multi-million-pound redevelopment of the estate including construction of the stunning Langridge grandstand during her time as executive director.

Lucy McIlroy

Director, Winkworth

Lucy has worked in Bath property for over 20 years.  She owns Winkworth Bath specialising in residential property sales and letting.  During her career she has worked for several Bath estate agents and an award-winning Bath-based property developer.  Lucy grew up in Bath and lives in the city with her partner and two children.

Nathalie Thompson

Managing partner, Bath City Lets

Nathalie grew up in San Francisco before moving to Bath in 1991. She completed her degree in Zoology and Evolutionary Psychology at the University of Liverpool before travelling around Australia, New Zealand and Bali. Upon her return in 2008, she embarked on her career in the Bath property market, starting out as a lettings negotiator at Bath Property Letting, before progressing to business development and portfolio manager in 2012. Nathalie joined Bath City Lets in August 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and cooking with her young family.

Patrick Brady

Business development manager, Mogers Drewett

Patrick has nearly twenty years’ experience working within and managing residential sales businesses covering Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Hampshire – most notably ten years with Savills in Salisbury and five years with Carter Jonas in Bath and Wells. Patrick is based in Sherborne but works across all offices. He works predominantly within the residential team and is responsible for creating new as well as building on existing partnerships with a variety of property professionals and increasing and enhancing the firm’s presence and reputation across the south west.

Sarah Dedakis

Principal, Bath Leasehold Management

Sarah left a worldwide position with British Airways after 10 years to pursue a career as a sales negotiator with a national estate agent. She was promptly promoted to branch manager and then moved into the lettings and property management sector. Sarah formed her own Bath-based letting agency and after building one of the largest independent agents within the city, divested the business in 2018 to seek other challenges. She is now principal of Bath Leasehold Management which offers residential block management services. Sarah holds a number of high-level industry qualifications within the lettings and property management regulatory bodies.

Sarah Latham

Founder and creative director, Etons of Bath

Having studied at the Interior Design Institute and the National Design Academy, Sarah founded Latham Interiors in 2009 and subsequently rebranded as Etons of Bath following a geographical re-location. The business is the UK’s only interior design company specialising in Georgian and Regency homes and hotels with a team of 12 interior designers and project managers. Sarah has worked on everything from contemporary schemes in Georgian and Regency homes to historical renovations in large Georgian estates and the re-imagination of Georgian house hotels. Sarah previously headed up marketing departments and acted as client services director in a number of London branding agencies.

Simon Martin

Programme director, B&NES

Simon is a chartered Civil Engineer with 25 years’ experience gained in the construction sector within contracting and design consultancy businesses. His primary experience has been gained on urban regeneration and town centre renewal projects. Before joining B&NES Council, he was a director of multi-disciplinary consultants WYG with responsibility for the design and execution of regeneration projects throughout the UK. Simon joined the Council in 2009 to deliver major projects within the city including Southgate, Bath Spa Station, the Councils public realm programme and Bath Riverside. He is now the Council’s programme director for the Bath & Somer Valley Enterprise Zone and lead officer for the Council’s flagship regeneration project at Bath Quays.
